Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Giftophile, we take pride in delivering your personalized stories safely. Please review our shipping process below:

1. Order Processing Time (The "Creation" Phase) Every product at Giftophile is custom-made.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon-Sat).

  • This includes design, high-definition laser engraving/3D printing, and quality checks.

  • Note: During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 4-5 days.

2. Shipping Time (The "Transit" Phase) Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location in India).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days from the date of order.

3. Tracking Your Story As soon as your gift leaves our facility, you will receive a Real-Time Tracking Link via WhatsApp/Email. You can monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Look out for "Free Shipping" offers on specific order values!

5. Delivery Terms & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are 100% correct.

  • Re-shipping Fee: If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.

6. Delivery Delays While we partner with India’s best couriers, delays may occur due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier-end technical issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
