1. Agreement to Terms By accessing giftophile.com, operated by Sreeji Enterprise, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site.

2. Product Accuracy & Natural Variations

  • We strive for 100% accuracy. However, due to the nature of natural wood, variations in grain, knots, and engraving depth are expected and celebrated as unique features.

  • 3D Printed items may have minor texture lines inherent to the 3D printing process. These are not considered defects.

3. User-Provided Content (Customization)

  • You represent that you own the rights to any photos or text you upload.

  • You are responsible for the quality of the photo and the accuracy of the text. Giftophile is not liable for spelling errors or blurry engravings resulting from poor-quality uploads.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders with offensive or copyrighted content.

4. Pricing & Payments Prices are subject to change. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information.

5. Order Cancellations Because our process is automated for speed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement.

6. Intellectual Property All website content, including product designs and the "Giftophile" brand name, is the exclusive property of Sreeji Enterprise. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability Giftophile shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kadi, Gujarat.
